This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses hlix, and to the agents you direct. You are responsible for what your agents do on your instructions.
Illegal or harmful use
Do not use hlix to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- create content that sexually exploits children;
- harass, threaten, defame or deceive people, including by impersonation or fraud;
- collect personal data without a lawful basis;
- put in content you have no right to use.
Security and abuse
Do not use hlix to:
- build, test or spread malware;
- attack, scan or break into systems you do not own or have no written permission to test;
- send spam or bulk unsolicited messages;
- get around the isolation between workspaces, or reach another customer's data.
Code environments
hlix runs your project's code in isolated environments. Use them only for your projects. Do not use them to:
- mine cryptocurrency;
- run proxies, VPNs or other traffic relays;
- host services or files unrelated to your project;
- run load, stress or denial-of-service tests against anyone;
- use more resources than your work needs, or hold them idle on purpose.
The service itself
Do not:
- get around usage limits, billing, or access controls;
- share or resell your account or API keys outside your workspace;
- overload or disrupt hlix;
- reverse engineer hlix, except where the law allows it.
AI models
hlix sends work to AI models on your behalf. Follow the usage policies of those models, and do not try to make them produce content this policy forbids.
What we do
If we find a breach, we may remove content, stop an agent or environment, or suspend or end the account. Where we reasonably can, we warn you first. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.
